subsidio de mejoramiento de vivienda. Este subsidio es para mejorar las condiciones de habitabilidad del predio al interior de la vivienda, puede ser para la instalaci\u00f3n de ba\u00f1o, cocina, cuando los pisos son en tierra o se encuentran deteriorados, acabados de paredes, cielo raso si no se cuenta con \u00e9l.<\/p><p>Esta modalidad de subsidio no aplica para remodelaci\u00f3n. Es para suplir las carencias y\/o mejorar la vivienda.<\/p><p><strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">NOTA:<\/strong>\u00a0Los valores presentados anteriormente corresponden a los topes m\u00e1ximos (no m\u00ednimos) del subsidio para la vigencia actual y est\u00e1n definidos por ley en t\u00e9rminos de salarios m\u00ednimos legales vigentes.
